Potters of international repute away from galleries, selling their work in the heart of the community – right here in the UK at Potfest. This event is held here at The Stockyard in our cattle pens, thus adopting the title of ‘Potfest in the Pens.’ On the 7th, 8th & 9th November, just in time for Christmas shopping.
Everyone wanting to exhibit is entered into a ballot with the first 90-100 names drawn and allocated a space meaning every event is different. See the work of well-established potters alongside the up-and-coming in an exciting mix of the sophisticated and the raw power of the next generation.
No art hype, no gallery glitz, just potters and public mixing in a down-to-earth setting. Held undercover to save us from the weather.
We recommend bringing cash and card to this event as some exhibitors may be unable to process credit and debit cards.
Guide dogs and other well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
